WakeBear analyzes microphone audio on your iPhone. It does not send microphone audio, monitoring history, or app settings to yosi.dev. Apple processes in-app payments. Support emails and visits to this website involve the separate processing described below.

Cloudflare may process limited connection information to deliver and protect the website.
1. Scope, operator, and contact
This policy explains how yosi.dev handles information in the WakeBear app, on the official website, and through support email. The app and website are operated by yosi.dev.
For a privacy question or a request concerning information in a support email, contact support@yosi.dev.
2. Information handled by the app
After you start monitoring, WakeBear analyzes microphone audio on your iPhone to detect snore-like sounds. When recording is enabled, it saves monitoring audio on the iPhone for later playback. When recording is disabled, it discards analyzed audio samples. In both cases, WakeBear does not send microphone audio to yosi.dev or a third party.
WakeBear stores the wake method setting, monitoring duration, number of detected snore-like sounds, alarm count, monitoring end reason, and records of times the microphone became unavailable on the iPhone. These records are not automatically sent to yosi.dev or a third party.
The app does not collect information that identifies your device or your location and does not use advertising, third-party analytics tools, or tracking across apps or websites.
3. Purposes of processing
Microphone input is used for snore-like sound detection, records and analysis, and alert decisions. When recording is enabled, it is also used for later playback by you. Settings and monitoring records operate the app and display detection times, counts, and monitoring end reasons.
Information that you include in a support email is used to reply to your request, investigate the reported issue, maintain service safety, and keep the minimum records needed for those purposes.
4. External services and disclosures
Apple handles in-app payments and purchase restoration. The app uses purchase information verified by Apple to determine which plan you can use. yosi.dev does not receive your payment card number. Apple manages purchase records under its own terms and privacy policy. This website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process information such as your IP address, the page requested, access time, and browser or device information to deliver, protect, and operate the website. Cloudflare is responsible for its processing under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
If you send a support email, your email provider and the provider used to receive the message process the message and related delivery information under their own terms and privacy policies. yosi.dev does not sell personal information or provide it to advertisers or data brokers.
You can choose the retention period for recordings in the app. Expired audio is deleted when the app starts or resumes, when recording ends, and at other cleanup points. Recordings are excluded from iCloud sync and device backups. You can delete history in the app; removing the app deletes its stored app data. The number of free trial nights used is stored on your iPhone separately from monitoring history. Deleting monitoring history does not reset this count.
Support messages are retained only while needed to answer the request, investigate the issue, maintain safety, or meet an applicable legal obligation, and are deleted when no longer needed. You may ask for earlier deletion by emailing support@yosi.dev, unless continued retention is required by law or needed to protect against abuse or resolve an active dispute.
Information processed by Cloudflare and email providers is retained according to each provider’s policy and controls.
6. Permissions and your choices
WakeBear requests access to the microphone to detect snore-like sounds and permission to show alarms that can prompt a change of position or waking. You can change these permissions in iPhone Settings, but the corresponding feature will not work without the required permission.
Alarms and notifications are created on the iPhone. Their contents are not sent to yosi.dev.
You can delete monitoring history in the app, delete the app data by removing the app, and decide whether to contact support.
7. Security and website operation
WakeBear reduces privacy risk by analyzing microphone audio on the iPhone and by not using a yosi.dev server that receives microphone audio or monitoring history. No method of device storage, email delivery, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The website operator does not use analytics, advertising, cross-site tracking, external fonts, or a web form on this website. The website provides a link that lets you choose whether to open your email app and contact support. Cloudflare’s service processing is described in section 4.
8. Policy changes and inquiries
If the information practices or services described here change, this policy will be revised and the last-updated date will be changed. A change that materially affects how information is handled will be presented clearly before or when the change takes effect where required.
For privacy questions or requests about a support message, email support@yosi.dev. yosi.dev cannot directly delete or correct information controlled by Cloudflare or your email provider; use the controls or contact method provided by the relevant provider for those requests.
